I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and i looked gross i have huge fat thighs and love handles charlotte church would be proud of and i actually felt sick because thats my body!
so...
i've decided i'm going to be THIN no matter what!!every so often i slip up and i try and use excuses so i can justify it...not anymore no more excuses i can't stay at this weight any more. i need to be 105 by the 1st of june if not less and im going to get there!!
i've told my bf no more takeaways no more shit food only healthy! my bf says i should have a motive for losing weight, like looking good isn't enoough so i've decided to allow myself to buy one pair of designer shoes when im 105 and then i'll go on a shopping trip when i'm 99!
thats the plan lets hope it works!
eating between 500 and 600 calories today!

morning everyone!!
went to 2 exercise classes last night so im aching but going to the gym today!! feel so much more of energy now i have started exercising more. deffo have to keep it up!! and i like that my body aches a little bit, shows im doing something!! hope your all ok

omg! went shopping today and i was eating lunch with my mum and she said that my collor bones have started sticking out and then she said all my weight has gone from tha area!!was sooo nice to hear! and i tried my sisters skinny jeans on, and she said they made my legs look thin!!was realy nice, so im going to borrow thwm!!im soo happy and on such a high....still got loads of weight to get rid of though,

hey every1
i decided to join up 2 this journal because everyone is so supportive to each other. im 19 yrs old and im fat. i am about 5ft 4 and weigh a heavy 126 pounds.i no disgusting or what. i've tried to diet and stuff and i have managed to lose some weight but not enough. so i decided i needed to be tougher with myself. all u guys are rearly gud, u stick 2 what u say and its amazing!! if any one has any tips on how to start being strict and managing those calories and even any exercises that are realy gud for getting rid of fat, then that would be fantastic. this is not the first time ive decided 2 go ana. a few yrs back i did and managed to go down to 7 stone. my goal now is about 8 stone and then from there to 7 stone. this week i plan on eating not a lot and only fruit or veg wen i rly need to. but i do need all the help i can get. also what is this 2468, it sounds rly popular...
wish me luck u guys today is the first day of the rest of my life i guess....
